3B – Brussels Business Base

1,500 m² for innovative new Brussels companies

3B – Brussels Business Base is nothing other than an incubator created by the BRDA, on the initiative of the Minister for Economy, Employment and Scientific Research, B. Cerexhe, in order to give dynamic impetus to spin-offs and start-ups by offering them the following commodities and services: modules at affordable prices, a communication and IT infrastructure, a package of logistical and administrative services, and tailor-made assistance.

3B is a completely renovated 1,500 m² building owned by the BRDA. It offers 14 modules of 29 to 85 m², all pre-equipped. It functions in "plug and play" mode, which means that one simply connects to start to work. The modules are designed to be adapted easily to the needs of companies.
