Article 7 of the ordinance of 12 January 2006 published in the Moniteur Belge of 1/02/2006 on the transparency of remuneration and benefits of Brussels public stipulates:
"... the management body of the institution ... shall publish a written annual report within three months of the end of each calendar year. This report shall include:
- A detailed list of remuneration and benefits of any kind as well as all the representation fees granted to its public representatives;
- A list of all trips taken by all of its public representatives in the exercise of their functions;
- An inventory of all public procurement contracts entered into by the commune or the institution referred to in Article 2, specifying the beneficiaries and the amounts committed for each procurement contract regardless of whether the contract was entered into with delegation of authority.
Any person has the right to consult the report referred to in the above paragraph."

- List of remuneration, benefits, director’s fees and reimbursement of expenses;
- List of trips and seminars;
- Inventory of public procurement contracts worth more than 5,500 euros.
