What inventimmo.be lists:

For sale or for rent, in the Brussels-Capital Region:
- Offices;
- Shops and storage spaces;
- Commercial spaces;
- Sites for companies.

What inventimmo.be does not list:

- Occupied properties, marketed as investment properties;
- Buyouts of working companies.

Your descriptions

For each property that you want to see appear on inventimmo.be, it is necessary to communicate at least the following information to us:
- Complete address;
- The arrangement of the premises;
- The allocation and the area of each of the parts of the property;
- The asking price (possibly per part).
Without this information, the property will not be taken up in the database!
Any other information on the property is also welcome, such as: the equipment, the number of parking places, the general condition, the property tax, the cadastral income, the year of construction, the charges, the ground area.

Modifications

It is not enough to distribute information. So that it remains high quality, it is necessary to maintain it. This is the reason why the following data is very precious: availability of the property, price change and modification of the available surface areas, etc.

All information is updated every seven or eight weeks so do not hesitate to contact us to confirm the availability of a property even if there is no modification to be provided in the description.

Time

The time taken to publish the information is a key point. The more recent information is, the higher its quality. Do not hesitate to send us new information as soon as you have it; we will put it online within the week.

The website is accessible to everyone free of charge. You can find information both on the properties in your portfolio, covered in our database, and on the state of the market.
