The BRDA’s industrial parks, land and buildings
In Brussels the BRDA manages a total area of 193 hectares of industrial parks and plots for companies and 75,000 m² of buildings, all distributed over
42 different sites in the Brussels-Capital Region.
Created in 1974, the purpose of the BRDA is to attract high value-added industrial, semi-industrial, crafts and service companies and keep them in the region by providing real estate infrastructure (land and buildings) at attractive prices.
It acquires and develops sites and manages their occupation potential.
Through its activities, the BRDA encourages economic development and promotes employment in the Brussels region.
Companies that want to be established on the BRDA’s land or in its buildings must meet
certain criteria determined by the Board of Directors of the BRDA.
